just thought about this movie again.
think it has a beautiful story; and how when all odds are against us, all we can do is dream.
and our dreams actually make all the difference.
because ed bloom decided to believe in his dreams, he led such a life of fulfillment.
satisfaction always come from within. we can never please ourselves with material things, because they're temporal. what veritably matters is our heart.
that's something that will never change.
and because ed bloom decided to dream big dreams, he made such a difference in the lives of sandra (his wife), jenny, dr. bennett and all the rest he came into contact with. true adventures happen in your soul; it's not so much of the physical. that's when you unequivocally encounter excitement and value. and life.

i want it to be the same for mine too.
it's better to leave a legacy of blessing in the lives of others than just satisfy your own needs and desires.
